This registration includes accommodation, reception dinner, all meals, dinner party and beverage during the conference for conference delegates. The Leisure Centre is free to use for all registrants.

* The limit for trainee participants is 30. Trainees (students, residents, clinical fellows, graduate students and post-doc fellows) must provide a letter from their supervisor together with the registration. They can email a PDF version to agneta.cedefors-blom@obgyn.gu.se. Registration may be voided if no letter is provided.

Please remember that the number of participants is maximized to 110 so please register well in
advance of the deadline:  April 1, 2012. Registration is valid when payment is received.

Couples
If two people in the couple are both attending the conference, they both will be charged the registration fee. If one person from the couple is attending the conference that person will be charged the registration fee and their partner will be charged £20.00 + VAT to stay per night, plus the cost of any meals taken. 

Guests
Latimer Place offers the following for guests who are accompanying the Conference participants (non-conference attendees).

Spouse/partner
If a spouse/partner stays the additional charge per night is £20.00 + VAT to stay, plus the cost of all meals. (£7.50+ VAT, breakfast, £14.00+ VAT lunch, £20.00+ VAT Dinner)

Families
The additional cost for a family will depend on the specific requirements. If a baby or child stays in the same room as their parents there is no additional charge, however if an additional room is required the £75.00 +VAT B&B per room rate will apply. The cost for a child breakfast is:
under 3 years no charge, 3-12 years, £3.50 +VAT, 12 years and above £7.50 +VAT.

When making a reservation at Latimer Place your credit card number will be taken and a pre-authorisation of your card will be taken on arrival.

Check in/out

Check in is from 2.00 pm and check out is 9.30 am.

Luggage storage
Luggage site is available prior to the check-in time and past check-out time.

Transport from Heathrow

By taxi

By train

Heathrow express to Paddington station (15 min), change to the tube Hammersmith City Line, direction East to Baker Street (3 stations), change to the Metropolitan line to Chalfont/Latimer station (30 min). Thereafter take a taxi to Latimer place (5 min). Price Heathrow Express: £17 approximately.
